He’s 12, he has Cerebral palsy, He lives in Prieska, Northern Cape, South Africa.

In October 2017, Silo crossed the path of OCAL Global, he has had no schooling, has been carried around by his mom for 12 years.

But his smile never faded, today, we have the greatest privilege, on Tata Madiba’s 100th birthday, to give the gift of mobility to Sillo Mackai.
