The official launch of this Therapeutic Rehabilitation Playground was November 30, 2017. OCAL Global’s aim is to build and design what we did at Tembaletu, an all inclusive rehabilitation play park at more LSEN schools throughout south Africa.
DIFFERENTLY ABLED – MULTI-PURPOSE SPORTS CENTRE PROJECT

The crude realisation that sporting gear without access to adaptive sporting facilities propelled us towards the development of the first in Africa Multi-Purpose Centre catering exclusively to LSEN schools in marginalised communities offering a variety of adaptive sporting codes that include without limitations; Wheelchair rugby, Adaptive soccer, Seated volleyball, Boccia, and much more differently abled sporting codes and activities – to serve all regional LSEN schools and mobilise international sporting events through a multi-partnership approach.
Through the gracious support of DHK Architects and Corevest (Pty) Ltd, this vision has to date become a clear reality that has been made possible by an investment of over R2.5 Million towards the development of the concept, site analysis, architectural designs, local & international precedent analysis, to the actual Adaptive Multi-Purpose Sport Centre plans. This auspicious project has now entered fundraising phase to affect the actual construction & development of this Adaptive Multi-Purpose Sport Centre.
NORTHERN CAPE LSEN SCHOOL PROJECT
